Problem: Website users need an easily navigatable website with clear goals and information. Website users want a more modern and updated field and to upgrade their outdated and non-stylized design.

Stake-holder interview
We first met with the director and developer of 3 to 1 Foundation to understand their current experience of the site.
The clients expressed that they were unhappy with the overall aesthetic of their site. They noted that it was outdated and many of their clients had complained that the site is hard to navigate.
It was important for the website to have a new and updated design.
Some key features desired were a streamlined donation, scholarship and volunteering process, and an easily navigable site.
A clear vision that translates to the website look and function.
User Interviews
We noticed that many users found the site boring, outdated, very confusing, not intuitive, hard to find resources, and didn't connect with the site or know what they were supposed to be doing there. Some of the users were members of the organization and expressed their disappointment with the site.
New members and organization members found the current site confusing and outdated.
There was a lack of clarity on the vision,services offered and how to access them.
The current site does not reflect the work that the organization is doing.
Wireframe
A fellow designer and I worked on the wireframe. The Wireframe improved the site's visual design and organized the pages so that they were clear and easy to find. Clarified the main objectives of the site, and made the main tasks easy to find and get through.
Design
We decided on the visuals of the site that matched the organization's branding and colors. We updated the Information architecture to be intuitive and organized. We updated the visual design of the site into a modern and exciting template. Here are some notable features that solve the priority issues that the users and clients had.
A landing page that clarifies the company mission with direction to important things like donations, seminars, scholarships, and free tools. These were what we identified in our research as the primary purposes for visiting the website.
Immediate call-to-action buttons are organized clearly and use familiar symbols.
Inspiring scholarship section that clearly showcases the work the organization does with an easy scroll carousel.
Streamlined donation process with impact quotes to engage the user through the donation process.
Detailed event calendar with clear CTA, Tags, and a search bar.
